ExcelinEd’s Florida Policy Director Shan Goff joins Sutherland Institute’s Christine Cooke to discuss Florida’s new Hope Scholarship Program. This scholarship helps vulnerable students who have been bullied in public schools (as reported by the student) to apply for a scholarship to attend private school.
