SALT LAKE CITY (June 2, 2025) – Today, Sutherland Institute recognized a group of Utah school districts for their transparency and access to curriculum for parents, as part of its new Partners in Learning Certificate.
The Partners in Learning Certificate provides public recognition for school districts that excel in fostering openness, trust, and collaboration between schools and families through ease of parental access to information about curriculum on district websites.
The program was originally announced on April 16, 2025.
The initial certificate recipient districts are listed below.
- Alpine
- Box Elder
- Cache
- Davis
- Duchesne
- Granite
- Jordan
- Kane
- Logan City
- Murray
- Nebo
- Salt Lake
- Sevier
- South Sanpete
- Washington
- Weber
The rubric for receiving the certificate, which required districts to fulfill all eight steps, is below.
