During his tenure in office, Rep. Ben McAdams has actively pursued legislation for fiscal responsibility. With his work on the Balanced Budget Amendment, the TRUST Act, “No Budget, No Pay,” and the fight against congressional pay raises, Rep. McAdams is prepared to discuss what fiscal responsibility should look like while handling the COVID-19 crisis.

“At a time when we face $1 trillion annual deficits, and both parties punt on even trying to pass a budget blueprint, we need to consider a new structure to force fiscal discipline.”
