Every Parent Cares (EPC) is a project of the Sutherland Institute. Its mission is to achieve greater parental involvement in the education of their children. It’s objectives are to:

  • Directly engage parents to be more, and better, involved in their child’s education.
  • Increase parental satisfaction in their child’s educational progress.
  • Raise the level of academic achievement for struggling students.
  • Develop better character in each student.
  • Develop better citizenship in each student.
  • Advance greater transparency and accountability in Utah’s schools.
  • Increase the number of knowledgeable teachers and competent principles.
