Mr. Kelly’s accusations are without any merit. If they were true, he would have a legal case against Alpine School District and would be pursuing them instead of chasing them through the conservative think tanks. Maybe AAE doesn’t provide adequate enough representation?

The Utah Education Association has no power or authority over who is hired, fired, or given a change of position.  That is entirely up to the individual school administration, district superintendent, and elected school board.

The next time you write a piece about the Utah Educators Association, please take the time to research and report both sides of the story, instead of regurgitating the false and biased drivel fed to you by the AAE.
