		<description><![CDATA[There are also cruel effects upon men women and children when they remain in a &lt;strike&gt;home&lt;/strike&gt; dwelling with a dysfunctional marriage.  There  is often mental and physical abuse of a spouse and the children.  Alcoholism and drug abuse are not uncommon even in the state of Utah.  Divorce is not only the best solution in these instances, it is the only solution.  It is not up to anyone besides the couple themselves to decide what is best in their individual situation.  Meddling by outsiders who have some utopian ideal is both intrusive and counterproductive.  Making divorce more difficult will only serve to make lawyers richer and delay the healing and moving forward in life that only separation can bring.]]></description>
